Roland A. Hermida has been in private practice helping clients with Criminal Defense, Family Law, Bankruptcy and Personal Injury cases since 1986.
His prior experience as an Assistant State Attorney included overseeing the Uniform Reciprocal Enforcement of Support Act (URESA) as Chief of the Support Division. Hermida also served as prosecutor in the Intake, Juvenile, Misdemeanor and Felony Divisions. His breadth of experience in the State Attorneys Office makes it easier to represent and/or defend his clients. Prior to his time there, Hermida also worked as the Assistant City Attorney in Tampa as the legal representation for Claims, License and Parking Departments. Mr. Hermida was a legal advisor for several city boards and handled bankruptcy, foreclosure, and worker’s compensation matters for the city.
